Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
User: Refers to any individual or entity utilizing the services provided by Rumo CRM.
Services: Encompasses all services provided by Rumo CRM, also referred as “Rumo”, “we” or “us”, including but not limited to its Personal CRM application.
Platform: The website and all associated services offered by Rumo accessible via “https://www.rumo.app”.
Account: The account created by Users to access the services provided by the Platform.
What These Terms Cover
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this Platform and constitute the agreement between you and Rumo CRM. These Terms outline your rights and obligations, as well as those of Rumo CRM, regarding the use of the Platform.
Your access to and use of the Platform is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not access or use the Platform. You also affirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use the Platform.
Additionally, your access to and use of the Platform is also contingent upon your acceptance of and compliance with our Rumo CRM’s Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you use the Platform, and it informs you about your privacy rights and protections under the law. We encourage you to read the Privacy Policy before using our Platform.
Your Agreement with Us
By using the Rumo Personal CRM, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are accessing Rumo on behalf of a company or other entity, you are confirming that you have the authority to commit your employer to these Terms. Rumo Personal CRM is provided under a license and we offer you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use our services, as long as you follow these Terms and pay any applicable fees. You don’t get access to our source code or trade secrets.
Registration and Account Integrity
To access certain features of the Platform, Users must register for an Account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up-to-date. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. Rumo CRM reserves the right to verify the accuracy of information provided at any time.
Services and Interactions
Rumo serves as a platform for Users to consolidate and manage their personal and professional contacts from various communication tools such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Email, etc. Rumo is not a party to any contracts between Users and these external platforms. All integrations and data syncing are managed by the Users themselves through their own accounts with these external services. Rumo does not own or manage these services directly.
User Obligations
Users agree to provide accurate and complete information when consolidating their contacts on Rumo and to conduct themselves lawfully in their interactions with external platforms. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the management, use, and protection of personal data. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials to external services linked to Rumo.
Subscription
Rumo reserves the right to change or discontinue free trial offers at any time without prior notice, based on our discretion.
For pricing information, please visit our pricing page at https://rumo.app/#pricing. Payments are securely processed through third-party services such as Stripe, Lemonsqueezy, or Paddle. Your subscription renews on a monthly or yearly basis without notice until cancellation. You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or contacting us.

Intellectual Property
All content on Rumo.app, including text, graphics, logos, software, is the property of Rumo CRM or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. By giving us feedback or suggestions, you transfer all rights to us. Unauthorized use of such content is strictly prohibited.
Data Protection
Rumo CRM complies with all applicable data protection laws. Detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data can be found in our Privacy Policy. Rumo CRM may contact users via Email and SMS to inform about their in-app activity. Users may opt out of these notifications at any time via the website or by contacting us directly.
Limitation of Liability
THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND CONTENT AVAILABLE IN THE APP ARE PROVIDED TO YOU “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY.
Rumo’s liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid in the last 12 months. Rumo CRM shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services. Rumo CRM is currently in Beta phase. As a consequence, Rumo CRM does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Termination
Rumo CRM reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account and access to its platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions. You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice to Rumo CRM.
General
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Rumo CRM and shall be governed by Delaware law and controlling U.S. federal law.
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties’ original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms.
By using Rumo.app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
