Similarly, we do not access, store, or transfer any of your personal messages. Any calculations that require private data, such as identifying the last time you messaged a contact, are performed locally on your browser through our Chrome Extension. This means that your private data is processed directly on your device and does not get transmitted to our servers.

We also collect information during interactions with our customer support to assist you and enhance our services. Technical data such as IP address, browser type and version, and browsing behavior are collected through cookies and similar technologies to improve your user experience on our website. Additionally, we collect data related to website errors and usage tracking to enhance customer experience and service quality.
Who has access to your personal data?
Access to your personal data is strictly limited to necessary parties. Technical Service Providers that assist with services like email, SMS, payment processing, and security measures such as Google reCAPTCHA V3 and Google Auth for login authentication may have access to selected, relevant data. How do we protect your data?
